Ali Kaya

A hotel manager‐turned‐pastry chef, Ali trained at Ferrandi – L’École Supérieure de Cuisine Française in Paris. He worked under Michelin‐ starred chefs in the hotel restaurants of Paris and Geneva. While in Europe, he completed training at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologne, Italy and with a gelato master in Singapore. Food art is his passion and smiles are his glory.
